The fact is, having meaningful and purposeful work is a MAJOR contributor to overall happiness, and it is a major contributor to making you feel positive and optimistic about life, so your job had better be good.
It's why a huge practical part of my work is showing people of all ages HOW TO GET A JOB THEY LOVE!
My work as a Career Transition Specialist for the over 45's in Employment Services has given me experience and insights into making the process of finding the right job fun, like an adventure!

I also do my very best to hold people accountable to their dreams and goals because if there's one thing I know, it's not your skills, talents, or abilities holding you back. The skills and experience gap can be overcome quite easily.
What will thwart you is your MINDSET - specifically your lack of self-belief, and your limiting beliefs that tell you that what you want is not possible for you. I call that bullshit.
