My Cheerful Game Plan.
This is a collection of the daily rituals I do to honour THIS ONE EXTRAORDINARY LIFE of mine.
Feel free to mix and match for your life!
ESSENTIAL:
- Priming (Tony Robbins 15 minute kickstart for the day)
- Daily Meditation
- 30-40 minute Silent Disco in the park/on the beach (My absolute favourite part of my day!)
- Two litres of filtered water every day (first glass of the day with a squeeze of lemon)
- 15 second handstand against the wall
- 2 minute yoga headstand
- 30 minute Bikram Yoga session at home on the mat with Adi on Youtube. (no heat, just the 26 postures)
- Finish my shower with a freezing cold blast of water
- Eating a HUGE salad of greens, baby tomatoes, baby cucumbers, a big dollop of hommus, two tablespoons of a seed and dried cranberries mix, a teaspoon of caramelised onion chutney, and drizzled with 2 tablespoons of tahini for lunch - I crave this meal. It's DELICIOUS!
- Saying my Water Blessing (or reading it) when I imbibe my H20.
- Gratitude journaling before bed
DESIRABLE (WHEN TIME PERMITS)
- Bike ride in any weather, to get the wind in my hair
- 12 minute Tabata session for my body
- Tabata session for my tummy muscles
- Hot bath (my take on a Japanese onsen at home!)
