Do you have a fixed or growth mindset? Change your life by seeing things through a new perspective or lens, being open to new experiences, seeing the infinite possibilities and choices that lie in front of you, and taking action to bring more of those into your life. Life is not happening to you, it’s happening for you. Look for good and you’ll find good.

This book focuses on the reasons people are successful, or not.
It seems culture, and where/when you grew up might actually play a part, but there is nothing wrong with that!
